Adheres surprisingly smoothly and tightly to the skin and expresses dedicated vivid eyeliner. Smudge Proof Polymer forms a waterproof film on the skin, preventing smudging from water and sebum. Coated Powder & Pigment expresses vivid and deep colors on the eyes with the smooth and soft texture.
How to use:

Draws a line along the tail from the front of the eye as it fills the space between the eyelashes.
[Tips on use]
If the pencil core becomes stubborn, you can draw a delicate line by polishing it with the built-in dedicated sharpener below. * Keep the cap tightly closed.
