I received damaged items, what can i do?
We ship all products in bubble wrap, however in rare circumstances, items may get damaged due to courier service.Please take a photo of the damaged item(s) and email to support@wooh.my.so we can resolve this with you.

Unconditional Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase (damaged during shipment or wrong item/type/shade/etc), you can send it back to us.
Returns must be made within 7 days from date of received.
Damaged items must be returned together with their original box and receipt.
Items bought from promotional events (e.g. Anniversary, MyCyberSale or Warehouse Sales) are not eligible for return and exchange.
Kindly inform Customer Service before returning the item otherwise the request will not be processed.
Your return item will be assigned to a courier of our choosing.
Please provide the return parcel tracking number for all items.
What will I get back after returning the item(s)?
You can choose to have either a prorated refund amount voucher (if order has applied promotion code ) or bank account (within 7 working days).
Can i get a refund for my order?
If you require a refund on your order, please reach out to us at support@wooh.my
If you already have your products, will will work with you to ship them back to us. If your item is damaged, please take a photo, and send image to our email with your order number.
