In Store Purchase
Can i visit any store to buy products in person?
Nope. Currently we only available for online store.

How can i track my order? 

You will receive a tracking number once your order is ready to be picked up by the courier. We use a variety of couriers, based on your location, to ensure the best experience.

Shipping Policy 
We ship throughout Peninsula Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak with our logistics partner EasyParcel, who will send your package

Our shipping rate are displayed during checkout, and based on your postcode. 

Delivery Time
We aim to fulfill all order within 1 business day, and the courier should pickup your package the following afternoon after you place your order.

When will my order be shipped? 
We aim to fulfill all orders within 1 business day from our warehouse, once payment is confirmed.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is ready to be picked up by the courier from our warehouse.

In rare circumstances, we need to consolidate stock from multiple warehouse locations which may results in a small delay, however we will ship your product as soon as all items are ready for delivery.

Why havent i received my order yet? 

If you have received your tracking number, please check below

 

If the status shows failed delivery or on hold, please contact the courier via the number on the page to arrange delivery, when you are at home (or delivery location). Most failed deliveries are because no one was able to sign for the package.

If you need to change the shipping address, please also contact the courier.
