OLICELL Fibroblast Conditioned Media Balancing Toner

A toner that provides gentle exfoliating care to the skin. With a water type texture which is smoothly-adhered to the skin without stickiness. Mildly removes dead skin cells and improves skin condition. Contains Witch Hazel Water that hydrates the skin and maintains the oil-moisture balance of the skin. Contains Tannin Complex that helps tighten pores and control excess sebum secretion. Contains 300,000PPM fibroblast conditioned media that prevents moisture evaporation inside the skin. Contains PHA that provides hypoallergenic exfoliation care and sensitive acne care. With a subacidity of pH 5.5 to 6.5 formula that balances the skin. Completed Skin Irritation Test, which can be used without concern.
How to use:
Apply an appropriate amount of content on the skin and gently tap for better absorption.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase (damaged during shipment or wrong item/type/shade/etc), you can send it back to us.
Returns must be made within 7 days from date of received.
Damaged items must be returned together with their original box and receipt.
