How to Use:
Shake well enough to mix water layer and oil layer, then put an appropriate amount on cosmetic cotton or cotton swab, put it on eyes and mouth and gently wipe it off.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase (damaged during shipment or wrong item/type/shade/etc), you can send it back to us.
