This toner moisturizes and helps soothe irritated skin with mild formula.Contains 97% houttuynia cordata extract and patented Exo-Cica complex to help enhance the skin barrier and restore skin health.Watery texture leaves a non-sticky finish and refreshing finish.Dermatologically tested, free of artificial colors and synthetic perfume.
How to Use:
Apply a moderate amount of the toner to the face and gently tap for better absorption.
