If you are not satisfied with your purchase (damaged during shipment or wrong item/type/shade/etc), you can send it back to us.
Returns must be made within 7 days from date of received.
Damaged items must be returned together with their original box and receipt.
Items bought from promotional events (e.g. Anniversary, MyCyberSale or Warehouse Sales) are not eligible for return and exchange.
Kindly inform Customer Service before returning the item otherwise the request will not be processed.
Your return item will be assigned to a courier of our choosing.
Please provide the return parcel tracking number for all items.
What will I get back after returning the item(s)?

The texture was really nice, not too dry on lip. Colour was very very pigmented, really good for doing bold red lip💗
This lipstick some people may find it normal. But it somehow needs some kind of better understanding 😉☺️ apply it as you normally do then smudge it with finger. Do a little lips dabbing won't be sinful 🤣 then it will look so natural, comfy at lips & long lasting!!!

This lipstick some people may find it normal. But it somehow needs some kind of better understanding 😉☺️ apply it as you normally do then smudge it with finger. Do a little lips dabbing won't be sinful 🤣 then it will look so natural, comfy at lips & long lasting!!!
