I ordered on 23rd and get my goods on 31st.
It supposed to pick up my goods on 25th but it did not do so until 27th, I decided to email customer service asking why they did not pick up my goods yet, only then I was told by customer service that my goods are now out of stock so they hold my order. And ask me to change to another goods with same price. I could not imagine how long I might have to wait for my parcel if I did not email customer service, because they did not even tell me my goods are out of stock. But, the customer service really response my question really fast. Which i appreciate so much. They reply within a day. And send my goods as fast as they can. Thank you. The goods is packed nice and the speed of solving problem is fast. I will recommend others to buy from wooh.
